1. Most important - keep on trying until you succeed!The last year has been so crappy for me, from my marriage falling apart after he cheated, to getting fired and just losing every ounce of self esteem I might have had - I really needed someone to talk to but I really couldn’t afford therapy - so this was the perfect solution! It's basically a fraction of the cost of traditional therapy in a shrink's clinic, but you get so much - i send my counselor messages ALL THE TIME and im starting to get back on my feetIt would probably be good, I wouldn't know it wont let me log in and makes me redo the stupid questionnaire over and over.

At first I was fine but pretty quickly i realized that my mental health is not something to play around with and looked for a solution that will let me take care of myself while not paying through my teeth - well ladies and gentlemen, this is it, the best way to get treatment for a good price!At the time I was feeling very depressed, Didn't even have the energy to go out and seek a therapist... Then a friend urged me to give this a go.
3. Plus, my Therapist is so professional and supportive.Gave me the blessed kick in the butt I needed! Whenever you're stuck in a rut and you find it hard to break the cycle... There are some great therapists here that will give you the push and support to move forward.
4. It's unbelievable how many times I had to switch! But unlike the old school therapists I used beforehand, the counselors on this app can be changed with a simple click of a button and that's really helpful when the chemistry just isn't working.thank you❤❤Online therapy sounds like something that can't actually work, but in truth - trying it is one of the best decisions I've ever made.
5. What's the point this is supposed to help with my issues and has so far just added fuel to the fire.I love being able to jot down all my thoughts and inner fears throughout the day and then have my Therapist react and reply to it all.
6. Using chat to talk to a therapist makes it so much easier for me to express myself, and the app is also so much more affordable than visiting a therapist's office and paying inflated hourly rates.
7. If you don't feel you've found the right one on your first try, you should feel free to move to another therapist until you get a comfortable feeling with your counselor.
