1. also I have the gold membership but I'm restricted to only a few custom workouts that doesn't make much sense.It's been a great app for the 5x5 system...easy to use and able to customize a bit...I use this as a part and not the whole...it would be great to increase customizable features to incorporate other parts of the whole workout an individual is engages in...oh course I am doing the free version perhaps that functionality is present in paid version.
2. Have to watch a five second ad at the end of a workout but it's hardly intrusive.Plate calculator doesn't take into account the bar... Makes it kind of a pointless feature.
3. Worth getting the gold version.After trying several paid apps this one is the best and cheapest so far.
4. the other issue is the weight does not account for a olympic barbell.

6. I like to micro load and not having the extra decimal place is inconvenientSolid free 5 X 5 app with some customisation features.
7. No customer service at all.Stronger. Was feeling week since dropping weight.
8. Only using it for stranglifts, it seems it won't work with custom 4 days-a-week program, as it's only has A-B and A-B-C days settings.
9. But for the 5x5 system the free app has been wonderful.Just like Reg Park's original progressive routine.
10. the data that is supposed to be saved to your account does not save it seems.
