1. In the reservation confirmation email I noticed SAW to be the travel destination! Not being my choice, I got really mad how the App pushed a destination down my throat without my consent or an alert of the change.The app is bad and unreliable, it throws errors when trying to pay for a flight and during one experience it got me to buy the wrong tickets entirely, that coupled with the impossibility of contacting customer support who immediately hang up on you or leave you on hold for 3 minutes with ads playing and THEN hang up on you makes this the worst app + airlines for a reason.

2. Instead pay a little more and experience good service with other airlines.It is the worrist air way bad airport, more than 5 gates and waiting area and one bathroom, bad service and they changed the flight schedule without inform the passengerVery dirty flight to travel.

3. Not much information... I guess I will stick with Lufthansa.....Wonderful app for reservations _ good offers and easy to make user nameI have been deceived by the App and was tricked into a destination not of my choice when booking a flight to Istanbul.

4. One of the worst airlines in the GCC countries, they change your confirmed flights as they wish, and they don't refund your money,, they keep it as credit so you have no choice but pay extra for the changes.

6. Also no information about baggage, pre purchase 10 kilo? On a flight from Germany to India? I read at their website before that this airline has a genuine handling of baggage up to 30 kilo.
