1. How many times do you need to log in to verify yourself? I want to be able to click on my past flights to retrieve information and i can't even do that because it thinks i want to modify something! Pathetic!!Why isn't milage updated automatically? I think we need a new developer to fix this mess.The application is worse ever.

2. The agents in chat just keeps saying we will send the information to the team and will get back to you in 5 days! Well it has been 7 weeks! Still no proper answer or refund!Slow, inconsistent behavior.

3. Disappointed that I always used Etihad for travel and their guest miles turns useless now.One of the worst app..never allows a change in the booking.

4. You won't be able to modify or book at the price shown in app and from last year atleast iam hearing that the app is not fully functional due to some migration.. but never the not at all useful appTheir miles are useless.

5. Some pages wouldn't even load at all, this is not good.🙄 The older version was better and easier to find certain information.

7. Also when you want to log in and u have saved your information still you have to put all ur details because its not saving.

10. Frequent flyers choose to travel with others which provide some actual valuable miles.

1. Restart Etihad Airways: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Etihad Airways" » Open Etihad Airways » click "Update".
