1. It would be good if these fields can be highlighted in redOne of the worst app ! At ROP, screen can't enlarge and information are shown cut off! Filteration of hotels by country, city dont work! Try vietnam, hoi an, and it gives you mostly thai hotels!!! Annoying!! And information provided at hotels level does not let you know which cayegory they are in and have to refer back to your award hotel redemption list.

2. For check in it makes you reenter all the personal information the app already has, and then gives and error and says you can't get the boarding pass and need to stand in line for it.

3. Now talking about app, checkin process keeps throwing error saying cannot send boarding pass despite all information is provided and shared.

4. Why have this function in the app if it doesn't work?tons of error in both the main website and the app.

7. Why cant you guys issue the award voucher or since you guys are so incompetent, can jusy key in voucher no and automatically shows all hotelsDespite the poor reviews, I decided to download the App and evaluate the app myself.

1. Fix Thai Airways Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Thai Airways: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Thai Airways App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Thai Airways" » Open Thai Airways » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Thai Airways » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Thai Airways app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Thai Airways servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Thai Airways" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Thai Airways app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Thai Airways might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Thai Airways. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Thai Airways then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Thai Airways not working

2. Fix Thai Airways Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Thai Airways be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Thai Airways not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Thai Airways may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
