1. It would be good if these fields can be highlighted in redOne of the worst app ! At ROP, screen can't enlarge and information are shown cut off! Filteration of hotels by country, city dont work! Try vietnam, hoi an, and it gives you mostly thai hotels!!! Annoying!! And information provided at hotels level does not let you know which cayegory they are in and have to refer back to your award hotel redemption list.
2. For check in it makes you reenter all the personal information the app already has, and then gives and error and says you can't get the boarding pass and need to stand in line for it.
3. Now talking about app, checkin process keeps throwing error saying cannot send boarding pass despite all information is provided and shared.
4. Why have this function in the app if it doesn't work?tons of error in both the main website and the app.
