1. Although, every time I open the previous app it says I need to download this one instead...NOPE...NOT DOING IT! IT DOESN'T WORK! I thought when newer apps/updates came out it was supposed to make them better? This is NOT the case.

10. Also there's no reason whatsoever this app should require location permission to be on or it won't work.

11. Can someone PLEASE fix this app and make it ACTUALLY WORK? If this happens I will gladly change my review.

1. Fix Whalen Premier Fireplace Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Whalen Premier Fireplace: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Whalen Premier Fireplace App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Whalen Premier Fireplace" » Open Whalen Premier Fireplace » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Whalen Premier Fireplace » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Whalen Premier Fireplace app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Whalen Premier Fireplace servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Whalen Premier Fireplace" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Whalen Premier Fireplace app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Whalen Premier Fireplace might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Whalen Premier Fireplace. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Whalen Premier Fireplace then reinstall.
