I love that all 3 of these features are here in 1 place!These exercises are very effective, I sweat alot a nd i normally do them around 6 in the early morning air..so far i feel very good and my body feels fitter...for a very lazy person this app gives me the drive to exercise every day mon to fri...calendar they show is also excellent for tracking progress and it also shows a preview or how to do an exercise both in animation and written words...there is also a timer for each exercise and the overall time spent exercising, great app thanks guys!!!This is a really good application, you can lose about half a kilogram per day.

They seem very helpful, and so far they seem like they are working.So far so good ๐ I am experiencing the app since two days and I am still thrilled and motivated to do the morning and evening routine as well as the 30 days workout challenge ๐ช Good app! (also I like the background music ๐ถ ๐, so 90's) I loved from the beginning that you can choose your training level.
3. The intensity of the workout is really good and the fact that it includes specific stretching movements for the thigh muscles and the waist you have worked is great.best workout apps ! Love the timer, clear instruction and the layout in this apps.
4. It's also a great way to stay in shape every day and it has exercises for everything!Its unconditionally one of the best app I've ever seen (for workout) one star is left unfilled as they must also add diet plan (free) so that we can loose weight a bit more faster.
5. As post-covid infected I find it very useful ๐ thumbs up!5 stars!! Great selection of workouts ! I'm using the lower body and legs exercises now.
6. We can input our data as well and the movement is really good for beginner like me or advanced workout.
7. It makes it easy to achieve your goals and the voice helps a lot with my weight difference and after just a week I absolutely love it and I would recommend it for you.
8. Not only do you whine down, but it's a great addition as I'm one to never stretch especially after a work out.
9. A couple things are frustrating... I can't seem to find a way to stop the tacky music.
10. I like that they give you a thirty second break in between work outs, and that it allows you to hit the continue once you're through with a set.
11. They must keep levels in diet plan too like beginner, intermidiete and pro.
