1. (Note: As a member of the Webroot Luminaries, Webroot gave me a free 1-year WiFi Security subscription.)I had horrible experience with these guys.
2. After automatically renewing it through google play (coming from the free trial), the app doesn't recognize I already paid... keeps prompting to renew... login on and off keeps bringing up the same issueFor those who complain about the free trial it seems you never done a trial what so ever.
3. There really shouldn't be a fee, because I paid for more online protection, not to slow down my phone. The vpn connection works well most of the time, but the app seems buggy.
4. Its good because it does what it's suppose to do, however, it has slowed my phone down DRASTICALLY! My phone has (had) great connection both on a mobile connection and on Wifi.
5. What I like about this VPN product is that it's provides additional protection when browsing, by making use of Webroot's existing Threat Intelligence network.
6. Ive got an email sent to developer and hoping for a reply since this u7nforeseen charge overdrafted my account resulting in more costs..not happy with wifi security.
7. But I will keep my Webroot Secure Anywhere.Installed on Android and immediately couldn't navigate to basic site without timing out.
8. Yes it has bugs, but keep in mind, it's still a fairly new product from a very reputable Internet Security Company that has been operating for many years.
9. Contacted Playstore and Webroot customer supports and they are blaming each other for this issueWould hive 0 stars if I could.
10. I was suppose to have a free 7 day trial and after thatc7 days it was suppose to be $3.99 a month.
11. there are better VPNS out thereI like Webroot Secure Anywhere but this Wi Fi security is not working to well for me.
