1. Given Android 12 has been out 4 months, I can only conclude this app is poorly supported/maintained.It worked great for years, now it no longer runs on my phone.

1. Restart Fix It Plano: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fix It Plano App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fix It Plano" » Open Fix It Plano » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fix It Plano » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fix It Plano app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fix It Plano servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fix It Plano" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fix It Plano app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fix It Plano might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fix It Plano. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fix It Plano then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fix It Plano not working
