1. When I contacted the city for help to finally regain access, their suggestions did NOT help@ And today when I attempted to download the app, after I opened it the message: "something went wrong"( the identical message I have received fir more than a year.

2. 1/10 pain in the neck.Another pointless app Oddly the only feature that works on this app is bill pay? Can't view your statement or anything without getting an error or not available message.

3. That did solve the issue, and the app seems to load faster as well.I have been unable to access this app website for nearly a year.

4. I see no reason to use this space consuming app when the website works exactly the same way.This app has always been way too slow to load, but recently it stopped working completely.

5. Rarely do ANY of the functions work! Most times when I try to access a function, 98% of my attempts result in this message: This site can't be reached.

6. For submitting reports of problems (out lights, water leaks), it gets to the point for submitting where it then asks you to create an account.

7. Most frustrating- especially with the storm comingCan't log in to existing account because email I used, to change the password already today, isn't "verified" and has no help links.

8. ('Oops something went wrong' is all you get when starting it) Update: Accela support told me to clear all the data/cache associated with the app in device settings, and restart the app.

9. Thus, you cannot use it to submit a problem request, its very raison d'etre.Well, it seems this app hasn't been working properly for years.

10. Kinda hard to do when the error message says the page isn't available.

11. What's the point of having to download a useless app? Yet again city of tally drops the ball.

1. Fix DigiTally Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DigiTally: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DigiTally App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DigiTally" » Open DigiTally » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DigiTally » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DigiTally app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DigiTally servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DigiTally" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DigiTally app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DigiTally might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DigiTally. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DigiTally then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DigiTally not working

2. Fix DigiTally Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DigiTally be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DigiTally not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DigiTally may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
