I tried to upload videos to building inspector but was unsussesful (I was informed by the a city employee this was possible, should have figured) and this app really did nothing more than be a simple directory and give me email and web sites for the board of stupid visors and some of the city's departments.Over the years this app has worked great! When it did start to give me issues (blue screen).

2. Life is good.(3/23/22) Update working now after months of not working... the developer provided the following support: An updated App is being developed that will correct the issue is being rolled out to agencies.

3. blue screen with endlessly pulsating dot gives the impression it's trying to open, but it never, ever does.Not working for months.

4. To solve the issue: for Android users, go into device settings for the app and clear the app's storage/data, then relaunch the app and log back in.Well this app worked good at first.

5. Report graffiti or a burned out street light and within a few days the situation was resolved.This app didn't do anything helpful and is a total waste of effort.

6. This app needs a major overhaul.app has been down for a few months but when it was active... it was a rather poorly designed & slow app.

1. Fix FresGO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FresGO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FresGO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FresGO" » Open FresGO » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FresGO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FresGO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FresGO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FresGO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FresGO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FresGO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FresGO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FresGO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FresGO not working

2. Fix FresGO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FresGO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FresGO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FresGO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
