Arthritis Tracker Customer Insights

1. Deleted & found a vetter app! Sorry! It has been really good for a while but recently it has started not loading and not letting me onto the app I have tried installing it on a different device but the same thing happenedThis app is good if you are under say 25 but not to good if you are over that age I am 58 and been a long time suffering with osteoarthritis I don’t want to put this app down as it does do a good job if you are under 25 it’s a pity no one has come up with a version for over 25Doesn't let me create an account.

2. The app is easy to use and even though the target group is the younger folks, I find it very helpful to help me keep track of my condition.Must have been a great app, but I was discouraged to use the app and uninstalled immediately, when it says it is made for 13 to 25 years old, I think older people get to experience arthritis more than young people who are aged 13 to 25.

3. Once I've entered my email and made sure the password meets requirements, it doesn't let me create an account.Got no further than reading the data agreement.

4. Also as soon as it said my data would be stored somewhere other than my phone I knew I could live quite happily without this programme installed. The inclusion of adding a note is a good feature to have.

5. Have tried all the accounts and passwords I use and nothing.I think it's to basic I would love to have more tools to modify not just how are you feelingIt really helped me to keep my condition under control, i really like the app.

6. So I think it's a bad introduction.Dreadful. Can't even create account because of the stupid password rules.

7. Any programme that requires that much of a data agreement is not an application I want to use.

8. Features seem really useful but it won't let me make an account.

9. Tried 4 times, did what it asked yet still wouldn't allow it.

10. Says I already have one which I know I don't.
