Voxist Customer Insights
1. If I could turn the feature off and on, then I could save my ten free transcriptions for times when I really needed them! Also -- though this would be a more advanced feature, but indeed one available on T-Mobile's Visual Voicemail -- it would be cool if I could save message audio.
2. I have changed settings on the phones as well but can't get rid of this program!The monthly transcription allotment includes null voicemails with no speaking so every blank voicemail counts towards the monthly limit and then it stops transcriptions.
3. I can open it and see the beginning of my new voicemails, but I can't click anywhere on the screen to open the transcriptions or listen to the voicemail.
4. BEST VOICE MESSAGE I EVER USED.Consumer Cellular apparently doesn't have a visual voicemail to offer with their service so I had to find an app.
5. I'm actually getting my voicemail now! As opposed to ignoring it because I'd have to listen to it, etc... lol!This visual voicemail system was straightforward to set up on Mint Mobile (on an unlocked Nokia 8, running Android 9).
6. The app has become unusable and worthlessxfinity visual voicemail no longer works I tried this app.
7. really appreciate that there isn't any ads!Update : Prior to response from the developer I was finally able to get the call forwarding cancelled which I neglected to post in my review was part of the issue.
8. I usually don't need transcriptions, just an interface for playing back message audio.
9. It allows us to create your own greeting and in free mode, gives you 10 transcriptions per month.
10. Then, even after the voicemail was done playing and I opened another app, the phone would remain in that mode.
11. It's not worth the risk to lose voicemails like this, so I am deleting the app!This free voice mail app does quite a lot quite well.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Voxist Issues
1. Fix Voxist Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Voxist: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Voxist App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Voxist" » Open Voxist: read your voicemail » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Voxist » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Voxist: read your voicemail app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Voxist servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Voxist: read your voicemail" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Voxist app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Voxist might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Voxist. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Voxist then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Voxist not working
2. Fix Voxist Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Voxist be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Voxist not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Voxist may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I have not been using Voxist on my new since I got it a year ago but now Voxist is taking voicemail and notifying me but I have no access to the app nor do I want to. Can you fix this? Maybe it is the AI trying to do it's best but I have no interest in it anymore.
