1. Every other button you press brings up a forced full screen adThis app uses an excessive amount of advertisements... So much so that each page change encounters a different ad, and some are ones that require you to watch for 5 seconds.

2. That created such long load times that I uninstalled before finishing a single collage.Incessant ads, moreso than other free collage makers.

3. Now I can't access a certain layout for 6 photos & even after clicking the option to watch an ad to unlock the layout nothing happens (ongoing issue for over 2 months).

4. Certain features require watching adds to unlock special features... Which is well worth it.

5. I haven't yet found out if these features are carried over to my next collage... But it has worked for me very well 5 stars!Terrible.

10. Looking at 5 30 second ads in the process of making one collage is obnoxious.

1. Fix Collage Maker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Collage Maker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Collage Maker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Collage Maker" » Open Collage Maker: Photo Layout » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Collage Maker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Collage Maker: Photo Layout app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Collage Maker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Collage Maker: Photo Layout" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Collage Maker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Collage Maker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Collage Maker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Collage Maker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Collage Maker not working
