1. Just unethical and wrongThis app is not free with my membership, when in the app I would have to pay $9.99 just to unlock season 1 and it's episodes..... And as someone who has worked in customer service for 10yrs, I suggest you (as in the people who are going to respond to my comment) to go into the app and see what we (as the people who are leaving these comments) are talking about..... Otherwise please don't respond until you actually seeI subscribe to ABCmouse paid in full on my phone however my granddaughters tablet is not compatible with the app and cant download, but this app I could download however it wants me to pay additional subscription which is wrong.

Normally, if I buy movies or a series, I do so on only one service (like Amazon's Prime Video) so there's no going back and forth between services... this isn't even a streaming service, it's an app, so this video service will be completely disconnected from all your other videos.CS mentioned that our Android devices meet the minimum technical requirements:OS Version: Android 9, Memory: 3 GB Storage: 16 GB.

We can have our kids learning in a fun, healthy way, even competing between each other for more tickets (points), BUT what we don't find right or appropriate is that now abcmouse platform team is wanting to nickle and dime for everything when we have spent quite some money already to get them all with membership.

4. I have abc mouse but this isn't giving me the option to sign in and when I press restore purchase nothing happened.Says it's free but once downloaded the game is blocked unless you pay $10.

1. Fix Search and Explore Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Search and Explore: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Search and Explore App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Search and Explore" » Open Search and Explore » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Search and Explore » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Search and Explore app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Search and Explore servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Search and Explore" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Search and Explore app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Search and Explore might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Search and Explore. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Search and Explore then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Search and Explore not working

2. Fix Search and Explore Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Search and Explore be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Search and Explore not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Search and Explore may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
