1. Really there is no slots available or its showing wrong information??? There is any timings to use app or always open means working? And two centers names not appearing, why? We can select those centres which not appearing the names or noSince last 2 days it is saying that there is an updated version but when I am clicking on the ok button to be directed to the play store then its am you already have the updated version install but when I again go to login then it says there is an updated version.

2. Now fixed 👍🏼When am trying to open it, it says there is a new vision so should press ok but when i press ok, it doesn't openWhen the metrash2 have updated I cannot open my metrash2 app since previews days,how to fixed this setuation?Since last update cannot log in.

3. My phone is Mi 11tThe app was asking to update after updating, same message is coming and getting diverted to Apps, however it is already updated but still does not allow me to loginAm not able to open metrash 2 app from 1 week.

4. That's very misleading and hindering the app experience.Since last week its showing "No tests slots available" before its showing some centres which available, but nowadays totally showing no teast slots available.

1. Fix Metrash2 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Metrash2: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Metrash2 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Metrash2" » Open Metrash2 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Metrash2 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Metrash2 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Metrash2 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Metrash2" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Metrash2 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Metrash2 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Metrash2. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Metrash2 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Metrash2 not working

2. Fix Metrash2 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Metrash2 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Metrash2 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Metrash2 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
