Why should I report an Issue with myPets - Pet Manager?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Computersmith to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Each time I open the app, I get several pop-ups ... NOT WHAT I WANT !!! Very annoying !!Once again a 5* app, however prior to most recent update (I noticed issues starting mid September) app kept crashing, thus in the most important weeks of my newborn kittens weight record, I was unable to use the app.

2. :)I've used this app for a while for my 10+ animals and like it a lot especially the weight tracking.I don't mind the small fee honestly and am willing to pay it...however...I put the app on another device but it won't allow me to restore the data and crashes every single time.

3. I'm a small hobby farm that takes in rescues from time to time and its great for tracking expenses and medical needs and dates.

4. But not willing to pay a repeating fee for a simple tracking app, especially considering this is an app i would want to use doe years/ life of my pets.I love this app! It's great for recording everything related to my dog.

11. The developers said the issue is fixed, but it put me off so I've not actually attempted to check, using good old-fashioned notebooks instead.

1. Fix myPets Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart myPets: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the myPets App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myPets" » Open myPets - Pet Manager » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myPets » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear myPets - Pet Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myPets servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myPets - Pet Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check myPets app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myPets might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall myPets. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myPets then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myPets not working

2. Fix myPets Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myPets be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myPets not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myPets may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
