Video Editor APP Customer Insights

1. Previous images load even when they have been deleted from device.The transitions were very smooth, no lag on my part, and I loved the music that already came with it! I also found it awesome that I could add my own audio into my edits from videos on my phone.

2. What I love about this app are the unique effects, the multi-level editing option, keyframe animation & the flexibility of many of these features which allow me to create a video style that is personal and unique.

3. Usually after exporting, 1) The audio unsyncs itself from the video, making text and transitions out of sync and sloppy.

4. If you try and contact the company through the app the support page is in Chinese while the rest of the app is in English so I can not even create a ticket.Love this app! But, a few issues I've been having.

5. I need to be able to split audio and rearrange the audio tracks like you can video.

6. Reinstalling the app helped much! Great app VivaCut!App used to work fine but has been unusable over the last few months.

7. Update: when I added an image to my 4x3 video, I couldn't match the image size 16x9 and get it to overlay the whole screen.

8. I bought the monthly premium pass but somedays when I go to make a video, it says I don't have premium.

9. I am a premium user If you add any audio it, it just makes a high pitched buzzing or squeaking sound.

10. Such as when I'm trying to move the opacity it moves the video reel instead and I had to fight that for ten minutes to get it right back where I had the reel before.

11. I use to love the music before, but still a great assortment of music.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Video Editor APP Issues

1. Fix Video Editor APP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Video Editor APP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Video Editor APP App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Editor APP" » Open Video Editor APP - VivaCut » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Editor APP » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Video Editor APP - VivaCut app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Editor APP servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Editor APP - VivaCut" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Video Editor APP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Editor APP might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Editor APP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Editor APP then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Video Editor APP not working


2. Fix Video Editor APP Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Video Editor APP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Video Editor APP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Video Editor APP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I signed up for the 3 day trial and my card immediately got charged for $59.99. I canceled the subscription and it says a, "next payment" is due 03/02/2023.   • I recorded a video against a green screen background and used chroma key to take away the green. When playing the video in the app the background picture is seen and not the green.   • I contacted my bank because I have many deduction from this app. And i find out that is from a cell phone that it was stolen back in January. They told me that you guy need to cancel any subscription and made a refund to my account. All this transaction are being made with out my consent.

  • Ok so I'm in a bit of a panic, I us ur app for almost everything, and I was using it to edit a school video for my senior class, which is due today. But when I go to my video, it shows me a black screen with a video broken icon. I checked all of my other videos and they are exactly that same. I'm an animator too so this sucks so bad.   • Hello, I was editing/making a video on Vivacut and then I went off of it to go to Instagram. When I came back 90% of my clips were gone and they had a little symbol that looked like the clips were broken. And idk how to get them back.   • I have videos that I edited for my college class about a week and a half ago. I thought I would let it stay there and download it when the assignment is due. I deleted all the original videos on my phone to get space. I went back on the app today and clicked on the edited videos..   • Hello i want to get a refund on this one year app purchase. I had this app on my phone for about a month and all of a sudden it was purshased with out my consent.
