1. And one more thing in that option its shows that solar unit how much is generated but if it takes eb how much unit is utilized on eb to charge the battery that also needs so we can tally how much the effectiveness of solar and eb calculation.In last firmware update something is wrong because previous time when we select power saver Max mode and if any time battery percentage below 60% then start charging from grid power if solar charging power not sufficient, but now this time it doesn't work in power saver Max mode.

2. Day time load use on/off does not work.Battery charge % is not accurate..App is useful in managing power use.Even though the battery is 100%, But The app shows only 97%.I purchased a V guard Geyser last year, there was a smell in the water after using the geyser for a few days.

3. to be downloadable in pdf or other format.Totally bad experience abut this application,, when I am trying to open my product it's automatically closed and showing error message V-Guard is experiencing crashes, please contact v guard support centreI was recently purchase 4750va so i face permanently Eb cut is not there kindly update it.

4. If in night power cuts for long time then I have only 50% charge available so this is big problem..... please solve this problem as early as possible.Very poor application, not even done the basic testing before releasing.

5. inverter SMART PRO 1200S - It's good for users, my suggestion for developers- it's can be better with power cut/count/duration display zoom features and log with real time data/warnings /tripping etc.

6. FIX IT 😡I am unable to register my product as I am getting error showing Unable to Pick image while uploading the invoice.

7. It is always showing error.This is ridiculous, im trying to add my product but stuck on attaching bill/warranty proof section.

8. Since I am not able to register the product From app, I tried registering from web and it got registered but the app is not showing that as well and asking me to add the product here.

9. Even then having battery 65% charge so kindy look into this problem and solve.

10. Whenever i try to attach and select camera/gallery it says "unable to pick image" and i have to skip the process and the app not letting me use all feature.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix V-Guard Smart Issues

1. Fix V-Guard Smart Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart V-Guard Smart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the V-Guard Smart App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "V-Guard Smart" » Open V-Guard Smart » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for V-Guard Smart » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear V-Guard Smart app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from V-Guard Smart servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "V-Guard Smart" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check V-Guard Smart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, V-Guard Smart might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall V-Guard Smart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall V-Guard Smart then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing V-Guard Smart not working


2. Fix V-Guard Smart Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make V-Guard Smart be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to V-Guard Smart not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, V-Guard Smart may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
