1. Thank you so much Vbank for giving me peace of mind.Man! This app is trash what's the essence of trying to upgrade to tier 3 when when I can't upload anything!!!! I keep clicking upload but it's just stuck there... Besides the app looks broken for a banking app with frequent maintenance now and then... Pls fix this bug ASAPA very good app if there is any downtime they send a notification immediately I haven't had any issues for over 2 years of using the bank keep up the good workSince Wednesday I have been unable to log in on this app.

2. I'm having issues with the identification card section, the captures are clear but I still get a mail telling me that the capture is not clear.Excellent app, excellent bank, excellent customer service.

3. I was making an application online and was told to input my Vbank account number, please how can I get it as I do not have access to the app because it doesn't rotate? Please I don't want to miss this 🙏This app is really frustrating.

4. I've heard good things about the app and the bank but I'm yet to experience it, since I got the app I have been unable to upgrade to KYC level 2.

5. Reversals on failed transactions are fast and I've not regretted using this bank since I started using it actively since Naira scarcity season.

11. I requested an ATM card and it's been 2 months and they still haven't delivered it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix V Issues

1. Fix V Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart V: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the V App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "V" » Open V by VFD » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for V » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear V by VFD app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from V servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "V by VFD" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check V app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, V might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall V. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall V then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing V not working


2. Fix V Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make V be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to V not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, V may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
