1. It sometimes doesn't record my sleep even though I actually slept.All historical data wiped by binding replacement watch.

2. I teach fitness classes and wanted to at minimum hit pause and play on the watch to control the music from my phone.

3. More options/flexibility re which apps can interact with the connected device would be especially appreciated (interaction between my glucometer monitor app and the watch in particular).

4. It will work for steps still but why wear a watch if you can't yell the time.

5. It used to work great, but now I'm disappointed with the watch.The wristwatch device worked perfectly for me.

6. When I unbound the old device and bound the new one, instead of resetting today's steps to zero, it reset EVERYTHING to zero! I've now lost all my tracking for the last several months because the device only holds 30 days so you have to use the app for history storage.

7. The only downfall, is that the watch disconnects after separating from the phone only a short distance away.

8. I tried to disconnect and reconnect and that didn't work, tried to turn off and on blue tooth, restart my phone, and still won't connect.

9. Good concept though!Worth the money if you don't plan to call or use music.. I guess.. I've never been able to pair the text or call features, no matter what mobile device it's pairs with.

10. Greater flexibility re choice of and switching between associated media & podcast apps would finally allow effective use of that feature.I can't get it to connect to my phone.

11. Very upset.Watch is great, I bought this watch in May of '22 and loved it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix VeryFitPro Issues

1. Fix VeryFitPro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart VeryFitPro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the VeryFitPro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VeryFitPro" » Open VeryFitPro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VeryFitPro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear VeryFitPro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VeryFitPro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VeryFitPro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check VeryFitPro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VeryFitPro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall VeryFitPro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VeryFitPro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VeryFitPro not working


2. Fix VeryFitPro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VeryFitPro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VeryFitPro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VeryFitPro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have a very fit pro watch and on Friday I did the upgrade to the software on the watch. My steps went down to 0 from 5000. On Saturday I did 10,000 steps and it beeped and went down to 4000 steps. I am losing all the steps I'm walking. Please let me know how fix this

  • Are the "duration" kcals just the step calories burned? Or does it include the "my day" activity calories burned as well. Do you add the duration and activity kcals to get your total calories burned?

  • The software seems to have an issue with start of sleep. For instance when I get up at 4am to go to restroom it measures sleep from 4am. Is there a way to set sleep schedule or it does this automatically which renders it useless for people who get up several times at night to go to the restroom

  • Hi there.

    When I do a workout (e.g., cycling or 'fitness'), the calories I burn are not being included in my daily total. Is there a way for these calories to count towards the daily target? As it stands, they're considered a separate event that isn't included and I'm doing the math separately.

  • My first watch (wristband) broke after 7 days. Now, first day of the replacement watch and half way through the day, it stopped syncing with my I Phone. It won't connect at all with my IPad. As directed by the FAQ, I tried to unbind, but it won't unbind - instead I get a Refresh message which does nothing. Please help.

  • Having trouble with the sleep section of the app. I put my watch on right before going to bed, and take it off right before getting up in the morning. The app shows me asleep before I even have the watch on, and still sleeping long after I take it off. I have my target sleep setting set at 8 hours. Is there something I'm missing? Another setting maybe?

  • Christmas 2019, our daughter gave my wife and I ID205L Smart Watch's for Christmas. Last week one of the lugs that holds the pin that holds the watch band broke on one side of my wife's watch and consequently it fell off her arm. Now she can no longer wear the watch on her arm. Will you please replace the watch for her? The watch has never been abused or the band caught on anything to have caused this to happen. This is the only watch she has and wears it every day.   • Hi,

    I'm using VeryFitPro app for an Aikela smart watch and am facing an issue. When I go for a walk and check the stats later, I can see the numbers such as km, time etc but can't see the route on the map. I see the world map but no route is shown on it.

    Can you please help me with that? I'd like to see the route, otherwise I'll have to unfortunately return the watch and stop using the app.

  • Hello, I am unable to register my user for this app. Why am I getting a registration failed notification? I have reset bluetooth, restarted phone, reset app data, unpaired and repaired device, and it still will not let me register. I was able to register and login at initial setup, but a few minutes later it logged me out and would not let me log back in. However, it let me keep his personal info outside of the login... and I could still sync. What is going on? 


    Also PLEASE update sleep functions to higher sensitivity and better tracking. The sleep function only tracked just over 4 hours for my child, and he definately slept longer. My only guess after research is that we woke him twice to go use toilet. This watch was chosen specifically for sleep, heart, and steps. If this app can't provide accurate info, I'll need to research a better tracking option.

  • Hello, I just downloaded the VeryFitPro app onto my iphone 11. However, I'm unable to register to create an account in the app. I receive the following error: 'Network connection poor". My network connection is excellent over both 4G and WiFi. I've tried restarting my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Please help!

  • Hello!
    I just received my Yamay smart watch for Christmas which uses the VeryFitPro app. Everything worked great until it asked for an update. I tried to do the update, but it kept failing and now I can't do anything with my watch (it's stuck on the update screen). I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but it disconnected the watch from my phone and I can't reconnect the watch until the update is completed. However, the update fails every time I try (it never gets past 5% and will jump back to 1% throughout), and I've restarted my phone several times but nothing has changed. Please let me know your suggestions!

  • I have the Lintelek watch linked to VeryFitPro. VeryFitPro is then linked to Google Fit, which is linked to Noom. Every time VFP updates the info to Google Fit, it changes the weight to an incorrect one. I have updated my weight manually into VFP, Google Fit, and Noom 5 times today and each time they update from VFP, the wrong weight gets put back in. My weight is correct in VFP, Google Fit, and Noom until VFP updates the data. It's happened all day since I started today. (Just set everything up.) Is there a way to disconnect the weight info being updated by VFP to Google Fit? It's driving me nuts.

  • I have 2 issues. When I sync a bike ride from veryfitapp to Strava it always loads the incorrect time. Always 5 hours earlier even though smartwatch, veryfitapp and Strava are all set to the same correct time. Also, about 30% of my heart rate data is being lost when syncing from veryfitapp to Strava. Any help you could give me would be much appreciated.

  • Battery losing charge in less than a day and doesnt always record sleep last night was asleep by 10PM but it didnt start recording sleep till 2.30am. Only had devise for few weeks very disappointing my last very fit plus bracelet lasted for 3years until usb connection disintegrated. Very disappointing advice please
