1. I'm still getting to understand the device but; Pros: battery life is great& basic tracking works, sleep tracking is accurate unless BT drops, there are quite a few watch faces but many are the same template ¹just different colors.

2. Returning my device, deleting the app and getting a fitbit.Nothing is more discouraging than walking and meeting your goals only to get home and watch the miles go backwards and speed changing, saying you went slower, before you are able to stop the tracking and enter it.

3. All in all needs some improving.Lot of information packed into a watch! On HEALTH DATA page, it only gives distance readout in Kilometers, even after setting the default to miles in settings.

4. honestly that stress one is more pseudoscience.Giving 4/5 stars 🌟 only because I do love the watch & the app is nice to have but you can only walk about 6 foot from your phone or the app will disconnect & you have to manually reconnect it.

5. One problem with sleep monitoring, if you get up in the middle of the night and don't go back to sleep right away, it will not recognize any sleep after the awakening, it just generates a lower relaxation number.Getting accurate distance data is impossible.

6. This is a serious software feature design flaw issue in my opinion.My second watch stopped working after only only three months.

7. When the watchband broke, I got a new watch for the new features, like tracking swimming.

8. The first watch I bought lasted over two years, and it is still working.

9. I am not able to alter any settings or even sync the device to see my data.

10. That has stopped, but I now get a message that the watch checksum is incorrect.

11. Watch faces are limited, and no way to build your own except for the 3 you can put photos behind.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix VeryFit Issues

1. Fix VeryFit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart VeryFit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the VeryFit App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VeryFit" » Open VeryFit » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VeryFit » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear VeryFit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VeryFit servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VeryFit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check VeryFit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VeryFit might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall VeryFit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VeryFit then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VeryFit not working


2. Fix VeryFit Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VeryFit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VeryFit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VeryFit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Good evening, my veryfit app is not working, it says there is a network problem. I have tried reinstalling the app and resetting my password but neither worked. My IDW17 Watch is working fine despite this.

Annoyingly I have to keep logging in. I forgot my password. Network isn’t working. Have been trying for 2 days. When a code arrived and I use it straight away, I get a message that it has already expired. Have tried so many times. It’s so so annoying. Now your network is not working again! What can I do? Code doesn’t work, network doesn’t work????!!!!

Received a TOOBUR watch for gift..downloaded Veryfit app to my android Motorola Stylus phone. My problem on your app linking into the Alexa. I have Amazon called them they tried several options even reset my email passwords several time. Still was not able to link in even spoke with an Alexa rep he was not able to help. Needing help using my smart watch..

Hi, I bought a Kuura+WS smartwatch for my son who has a Oneplus nord ce 3 phone. We have tried to establish a bluetooth connection with the Veryfit app but it just doesn't seem to work. Every time we try to connect the watch seems to restart and then gives a message to "install the veryfit app" - which is naturally already installed. We have tried this several times but nothing seems to work. Any ideas on how to get the connection working? Are there other apps or settings that might prevent the bluetooth connection from working? I have a watch and use your app. I have been made to do an update but every time it starts it says I must restart the update. It then gets to the point where the update bar begins and then does not start any progress again. I understand it may take a while to update, but when it keeps restarting and then not showing any progress it makes me restart it and the whole thing begins again.

I purchased a YAMAY smart watch on 6/25/21 on Amazon, order # 114-0531611-7385810. I originally registered with the VeryFit app with email igrokspock@redacted. I need to change my email address to margod0326@redacted since the original user name no longer exists. I haven't used the app in many months and have forgotten my original password. I wanted to update my watch today because it's time reading is off by six minutes. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the VeryFit app on my Android phone, hoping I'd be able to set up a new account with my current email address. But the app is asking for my password; in order to retrieve it they want to sent a verification code to my original registered email, igrokspock@redacted, which I no longer have! How do I change my email address with the VeryFit app so I can reset my password and actually use the app? I tried registering anew on this site using email margod0326@redacted with a new password. But when I tried to sign in to the app using them it said the account does not exist. If my watch was keeping the correct time none of this would be necessary. But I need to update my watch with the app in order to get the correct time to display on my watch.... So may I please change my email address and password? Thank you for your help, Margo Dodd

This is not a complaint because my device (ID115 PLUS HR) is working well but a request to find out if I can replace one of the straps. The side without the electrical contact has broken so I can no longer wear my watch. Can you supply a replacement? I'm happy to pay for it!
