1. It sometimes doesn't record my sleep even though I actually slept.All historical data wiped by binding replacement watch.

2. I teach fitness classes and wanted to at minimum hit pause and play on the watch to control the music from my phone.

3. More options/flexibility re which apps can interact with the connected device would be especially appreciated (interaction between my glucometer monitor app and the watch in particular).

4. It will work for steps still but why wear a watch if you can't yell the time.

5. It used to work great, but now I'm disappointed with the watch.The wristwatch device worked perfectly for me.

6. When I unbound the old device and bound the new one, instead of resetting today's steps to zero, it reset EVERYTHING to zero! I've now lost all my tracking for the last several months because the device only holds 30 days so you have to use the app for history storage.

7. The only downfall, is that the watch disconnects after separating from the phone only a short distance away.

8. I tried to disconnect and reconnect and that didn't work, tried to turn off and on blue tooth, restart my phone, and still won't connect.

9. Good concept though!Worth the money if you don't plan to call or use music.. I guess.. I've never been able to pair the text or call features, no matter what mobile device it's pairs with.

10. Greater flexibility re choice of and switching between associated media & podcast apps would finally allow effective use of that feature.I can't get it to connect to my phone.

11. Very upset.Watch is great, I bought this watch in May of '22 and loved it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix VeryFitPro Issues

1. Fix VeryFitPro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart VeryFitPro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the VeryFitPro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VeryFitPro" » Open VeryFitPro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VeryFitPro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear VeryFitPro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VeryFitPro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VeryFitPro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check VeryFitPro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VeryFitPro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall VeryFitPro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VeryFitPro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VeryFitPro not working


2. Fix VeryFitPro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VeryFitPro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VeryFitPro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VeryFitPro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have been using this watch/app for 2+ years with no problems, but for 5 days now when I go to the app it is just a white screen, no data.   • My watch loses data constantly. I just only got 3 of these watches last week and all of them do not work as advertised. Needs to be syncing up to 6 times per day. I am very frustrated and needs to exchange these watches but the address on return label is bogus and does not exist.   • Hi, I contacted Amazon about my watch cause it was not receiving messages or call alerts. I would like to set that up. Also, they had me uninstall my veryfit app and then reinstall it. Well now my app says... binding failed, the device has been bound please unbind it or restore factory settings. 415.   • Hi, I just bought the Arcturus multi-sport fitness tracker and have just used it. I put it in running mode but the moment I stopped my run for a quick stretch before carrying on the running tracker stopped and then went back to normal mode. How do I change this so even if I do stop for a few minutes or so to breathe/ stretch during exercise it won’t automatically finish my running/ work out. I tried looking in the guide but the instructions aren’t very clear

  • Yesterday when I went to bed I had 58,576 step for the week! I put in 16, 382 today! The watch and app both show I've only got 64692 steps for the week! So if I had 58000+ yesterday and had 16,382 today that wouldn't equal 64,692! If the product and app aren't going to work properly I want to get rid of it! They both should be displaying 74900+ and it's not so please fix the issues

  • Could you please explain why datas are recorded for some weeks/months and then suddenly they all disappear? I do not have history of the steps I’ve done any more. I’ve read that it is a common issue. Is there a solution to solve it or should I change the device?

  • I bought the watch in December 2020 from Amazon. The sleep hours are inadequate it says I’m sleeping when I’m up txting my partner. And as of Saturday 20/3/21 hasn’t counted any calories even though I’ve walked 6000 steps each day. This is not suitable for what I need and I can’t complain to Amazon as I can’t find their complaint details.

  • HELP! I had a Very Fit Pro step tracker for the past year. It worked well, but eventually broke due to constantly having to take it apart to charge. Other than that, it was a good product. I bought my daughter the kids step tracker, but I can't get it to bind with the app on my phone. Secondly,the time on the clock is 3 hours behind and I can't figure out how to change it.   • the ap on my phone for VeryFitPro has a number 1 that has popped up (just like if there were a message). I don't know how to delete it or find out why a 1 on the app has appeared.     I am currently using VeryFitPro on my smart watch (and therefore I have also downloaded the app on my smartphone).
    When I am clicking (on the app) on "+" and afterwards on the different sport possibilities, I only find 5 of them (even less than on my watch)!
    Since I am a badminton player, I would be delighted to have the possibility to have "badminton" as an option on the app and on my watch.
    Anyway, I would like to know how I can add sport activities.

  • The app only records sleep from 11pm, I am using it with a childrens tracker so want to see sleep data from when they begin to sleep, not after 11pm. Having Googled looking for a response, this seems to be a common issue with the app, please advise.

  • I like the watch and app but I have one problem. Two things are on my drop down menu when I have the Bluetooth synced. One says to tap for more info or to stop the app. The other is similar but hasa time associated with it. If I tap the 2hr, it disappears from the pull down menu for 2 hrs. How do I get it to disappear longer or all together.
