1. It sometimes doesn't record my sleep even though I actually slept.All historical data wiped by binding replacement watch.
2. I teach fitness classes and wanted to at minimum hit pause and play on the watch to control the music from my phone.
3. More options/flexibility re which apps can interact with the connected device would be especially appreciated (interaction between my glucometer monitor app and the watch in particular).
4. It will work for steps still but why wear a watch if you can't yell the time.
5. It used to work great, but now I'm disappointed with the watch.The wristwatch device worked perfectly for me.
6. When I unbound the old device and bound the new one, instead of resetting today's steps to zero, it reset EVERYTHING to zero! I've now lost all my tracking for the last several months because the device only holds 30 days so you have to use the app for history storage.
7. The only downfall, is that the watch disconnects after separating from the phone only a short distance away.
8. I tried to disconnect and reconnect and that didn't work, tried to turn off and on blue tooth, restart my phone, and still won't connect.
9. Good concept though!Worth the money if you don't plan to call or use music.. I guess.. I've never been able to pair the text or call features, no matter what mobile device it's pairs with.
10. Greater flexibility re choice of and switching between associated media & podcast apps would finally allow effective use of that feature.I can't get it to connect to my phone.
11. Very upset.Watch is great, I bought this watch in May of '22 and loved it.

I just got a VeryFitPro yesterday and the alarm worked for a few seconds the first time I set it. Very quietly. But I hit the button on the side of the watch and it stopped. At least I think this is what stopped the sound. I then tried 5 or 6 more times to test the alarm and nothing happened. Just wondering what to do. Also, I'm curious if you have a chat support option or a support phone number.
In the few moments, I've had the watch I really like it. So much cheaper and with so many more options than my last fitness tracker. Anyway, thanks in advance. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Can't get fitness tracker to pair with this app, "no device detected, please try again", tried many times. I have reinstalled, rebooted several times, My phone will pair with fitness tracker no problem, the app will not.

I'm trying to use the call alert / message functions where my wristband would vibrate when I'm getting messages/calls. BUT it only seems to do it if the watch and the phone are close to each other. Is this true?? Or can I do something to allow it to give me a notice when a call/message comes in even if my phone is in my purse and I'm somewhere else??
veryfitpro will not dispay my text notifications. I fallowed every step and changed all the necessary phone settings were set up as per the veryfit website and manual. I am using an Iphone. Is this a possible issue with the watch itself?

I was given my watch as a gift a couple of months ago. I was enjoying using it, however it broke yesterday. I never wear it in the shower or when I sleep, and take general good care of it. So, Im surprised it’s broken. I can send images of the damage. A part of the plastic broke, resulting in the strap falling apart. I love the product and many of my friends do too, just a bit gutted it’s broken so soon.

I received my new watch I charged it and sent it and it worked fine. For one week. And then when it died and went to charge it and it will not recharge and I cannot get any lights to light up for icons to show up.And I lost the phone number that was included that said call here instead of sending it back

I've had the VeryFit Pro R9-DAAA for some time and it works by itself to measure steps etc. but the app
on my phone never finds it to "add device" so I can never go to "Device" tab to select "Bind Device" so I can't use it for the most important thing I need it for which is sleep monitoring and O2 monitoring while I sleep and be able to have a saved report I can review. Also, I am not getting your email. Keep trying or text me at 716-903-9581 I need help to get this working before my husband throws it in the garbage and buys me the same one he has for another 50.
