1. It sometimes doesn't record my sleep even though I actually slept.All historical data wiped by binding replacement watch.

2. I teach fitness classes and wanted to at minimum hit pause and play on the watch to control the music from my phone.

3. More options/flexibility re which apps can interact with the connected device would be especially appreciated (interaction between my glucometer monitor app and the watch in particular).

4. It will work for steps still but why wear a watch if you can't yell the time.

5. It used to work great, but now I'm disappointed with the watch.The wristwatch device worked perfectly for me.

6. When I unbound the old device and bound the new one, instead of resetting today's steps to zero, it reset EVERYTHING to zero! I've now lost all my tracking for the last several months because the device only holds 30 days so you have to use the app for history storage.

7. The only downfall, is that the watch disconnects after separating from the phone only a short distance away.

8. I tried to disconnect and reconnect and that didn't work, tried to turn off and on blue tooth, restart my phone, and still won't connect.

9. Good concept though!Worth the money if you don't plan to call or use music.. I guess.. I've never been able to pair the text or call features, no matter what mobile device it's pairs with.

10. Greater flexibility re choice of and switching between associated media & podcast apps would finally allow effective use of that feature.I can't get it to connect to my phone.

11. Very upset.Watch is great, I bought this watch in May of '22 and loved it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix VeryFitPro Issues

1. Fix VeryFitPro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart VeryFitPro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the VeryFitPro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VeryFitPro" » Open VeryFitPro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VeryFitPro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear VeryFitPro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VeryFitPro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VeryFitPro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check VeryFitPro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VeryFitPro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall VeryFitPro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VeryFitPro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VeryFitPro not working


2. Fix VeryFitPro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VeryFitPro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VeryFitPro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VeryFitPro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I installed Strava linked it in the third party programs but did not like it.
    Can't seem to remove Strava from list even though it is no longer on my phone, however like google fit but it does not show it in the third party programs

  • My daughter gave me a Veryfit pro for Christmas. It stop working 3 weeks ago. I love my watch now it doesn’t work anymore. I’m 68 and my daughter told me to email the company because she can’t fit it. The screen with not light up anymore. It have no reason not to work.

  • Distance is inaccurate. I ran 13 laps on a 1/4 mile track to check it and it only registered 2.6 miles. I run a 5k (3.2 miles, measured on Google Earth) every morning and it only registers 2.8 miles. Is there any way to correct the calculation/ measurement?

Unfortunately, when I tried to charge the Fitbit this week, the little section with the USB has broken off despite me pulling it out of the strap in the same way as per the instructions. I do have photos to share with you if you have a direct email address but I am no longer able to use it as it cannot be charged. I am wondering that as a gesture of goodwill you would send me out a replacement part as it is less than 12 months old. Unfortunately, I don't have any receipts as it was a present

  • Hi my son got this watch for his birthday yesterday and we are having trouble with it. As far as we know it's charged but it won't turn on, it flashes green in some USB ports but not all, Bluetooth is on we have the app and tried pairing ect but nothing seems to work??   • Hi, can you please send me instructions to connect my ID205L watch to Strava so it shows my readings and my route. Strava is showing the numerical data, but not the map of my route. It's not showing any maps whatsoever. Hope you can help as I have been struggling with this for weeks and returned 3 watches thinking it was them which were faulty.   • i have the YAMY watch with your very fit pro app- I LOVE it a friend bought if for me BUT I am having problems all of a sudden- have to chatrge it 2x a day wont scroll down for me to see info only sideways and that isnt working correctly either.Just charged it and it said 100% took the phone off charge put it on and it says only 40%[-how can i correct all of these issues- have deleted and re put app on- it aslo defaults to jan 6th with 50% charge- I am at my wits end trying to figure out the problem- should this watch be connected to BLUETOOTH-PLEASE HELP really cant afford to buy a new watch-this was a gift!

  • My watch's software seems to be going bad over time. Some functions are just breaking. It would be a long list of functions that don't work anymore. Just a couple include: I cannot get to the page with the settings app, multiple apps don't open, swiping sometimes works, sometimes doesn't., and a couple of other issues.

  • Have reset my watch and app several times when finally get connected with Bluetooth it only lasts about an hour then no displays or functions then recharge reset everything again only lasts about a hour would like to keep watch but after 4 days trying to get it to work is a disappointing worked fine first several months

  • I recently did an update from the app and now my VeryFitPro watch doesn’t register my heartbeat or sleep. I have a heart condition and need to keep track of my heart rate. I wish I would have read the complaints before purchasing. This is the first time I was asked to register. Not sure why. I would appreciate a solution to this problem, soon.

  • I purchased my VeryFitPro in February and Love it, but the plastic piece on the copper connector broke off, so now it won’t stay in the strap or charge.
    Is it still under warranty?

  • The music control on my phone in the app, when I try and turn it on, the whole screen just goes white and glitches out and I need to close the app and go back into it. I've tried a ton of times and it's just not working. Also, there's no weather option in my app in the device area to turn things on...   • I have just bougjt my watch from Amazon and it arrived on Saturday unfortunately it is nit recording all my steps and calories.   • couple things. Menstrual cycle is off. It should say day 11 and it says day 2. I confirmed correct in the app.

    secondly, it will synq if I do the drag down on the home page but will not synq if I click synq under user. says failed. I tried unbinding and rebinding. I do not want to keep losing my data.

  • Possible faulty watch. No weather data even after following instructions. Reboot, bluetooth restore, following instructions to a tee. I don't know what else to try. I've entertained videos, all troubleshooting is mute.
    Still believe there is hiccup in the app or faulty watch. I've uninstalled the and reinstalled still no weather.

    Please help ne. No more trouble shooting advise as I've tried everything.

    I'll recommend a replacement so I can return this one as I suggest it's faulty.

  • I've done as suggested regarding weather not appearing in the designated place.

    Device. More and there is no weather option even after resetting bluetooth and even a restart of my phone.

    All app permissions have bee granted. I even attempted a sync skill still nothing.
