Don't waste your time!This app is very useful and and its measurement is correct I say by my experience this app is very good for maintaining and your fat and maintain your health health is wealtheasy calculation..no need to measure neck or waist size just gives accurate data based on height weight n age very very helpfuldoesn't take anything into account except height weight age and gender.
2. However, having tried a few of the other body fat calculator apps, I can say that this is one of the best free lightweight apps of its kind currently available.Total nonsense - maybe even unsafe, as recommendations are based on insufficient data.
3. For example: I'm 6'3", 208lbs,13.5% bodyfat (per most accurate calculation using submersion test), but this app indicated 28.6% BF - more than 2x the correct amount, and it recommended a 171lb bodyweight! That would require < 0% BF and/or extreme loss of muscle.
4. Just stupid!!! My wife had similar results, so no there is gender or athletic correlation to explain gross errors.Not really a body fat calculator.
5. You can't accurately calculate body fat on weight and height only.Too many ads/doesn't ask enough information - no measurements of body parts, etc.
6. Because it doesn't ask for body measurements or general activity level, I couldn't give it 5 stars because it is NOT accurate for everyone.
7. This calculator runs on the assumption that you have a mostly sedentary lifestyle and low-to-average muscle mass.
8. Musle mass and water MUST be measured to even estimate bodyfat.
