1. Was so excited but severely disappointed.Each time I try to fill the frames with my photos, it won't upload and says Permission denied.. there's no settings to tweak the issue 😐The app has been on my phone for over a week now and it has never worked .

2. Just FYI , I use an android phone and none of the other apps have caused a problem to meDownloaded this because the old version wasn't working and I was pretty disappointed when I figured that there is no feed planer.

3. Why did you stop doing the insta feed like before?I loved the old version so much ,it was simple and sweet , it's fine if u guys add a new feature to preview story , but can you guys not take away the one for us to preview our feed ?I would give this zero stars if I could.

4. 😔 won't be using this anymoreThis app does not work on my mobile, I keep getting error messages , it says access denied when I try to add an image.Very disappointed.

5. Couldn't load any of the templates, adventure was spelled wrong which should have been a red flag, and just an ugly app.

1. Fix Unum Creator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Unum Creator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Unum Creator App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Unum Creator" » Open Unum Creator: Templates for IG stories » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Unum Creator » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Unum Creator: Templates for IG stories app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Unum Creator servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Unum Creator: Templates for IG stories" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Unum Creator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Unum Creator might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Unum Creator. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Unum Creator then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Unum Creator not working

2. Fix Unum Creator Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Unum Creator be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Unum Creator not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Unum Creator may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
