Why should I report an Issue with Template Shuffle - A Collection of Templates?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Got rid of quickly.What does it even do? As soon as I launched the app I got an ad, then no matter what I clicked on there was nothing to do within the appTried to download invitations and it wouldn't open up for me to view it, uninstalled.Constant ad's popping up every couple clicks.

2. Just continues to crash.Downloaded it, could not get any templates, uninstalled.need at least 3 variations of each templateHorribleI like the ideal of this app.

4. If what is listed in this app becomes available and works as it suggests i would install it again.

1. Fix Template Shuffle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Template Shuffle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Template Shuffle App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Template Shuffle" » Open Template Shuffle - A Collection of Templates » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Template Shuffle » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Template Shuffle - A Collection of Templates app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Template Shuffle servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Template Shuffle - A Collection of Templates" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Template Shuffle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Template Shuffle might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Template Shuffle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Template Shuffle then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Template Shuffle not working

2. Fix Template Shuffle Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Template Shuffle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Template Shuffle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Template Shuffle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
