1. Almost everything is blank, bugged, or glitchy.The app was working nicely before a new update.it's now annoying,it keeps crashing most of the time.Otherwise it's great advancement and I hope soon will be good.I am really finding it difficult to creat an account as the app keeps responding with Password wasn't successfully set due to system error.

2. whenever I open the app it's always on yesterday never today so so they should tighten that up.the app doesn't recognize the passwords that are generated when one requests one to reset their password, neither does the website, making it impossible to sign in.

3. When I try to set a password it says "system error." I love Joel and Victoria but this is disappointing.

4. So I click "forgot password" I put in the email it sends me and it says "email already in use".

5. If I try to make a new account, it says "email already in use, but no password set up".

6. App was working perfectly, but following an update closes down without a warning message whenever I play a video.

7. Also disappointed that when when I play a daily message it not a human voice and it reads the message including all the HTML syntax(tags).

8. At no time do I recall being prompted to set a password.

9. The Sunday live stream doesn't play; always a black screen.

10. When I click on a video or podcast, it redirects me to the play store app.

1. Restart Joel Osteen: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Joel Osteen App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Joel Osteen" » Open Joel Osteen » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Joel Osteen » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Joel Osteen app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Joel Osteen servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Joel Osteen" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
