1. Work on this and keep it up!!It's super easy and fast, I use it everyday... But there is one problem, the night package ”160 MB“ is activating the ”100 MB“ night package !!! hope u fix it.The lastest version is so boring in packages it can't automatically make a package when i buy some it goes through the phone call and start the *999# thing to the bigning also bug problems and no change in styles1) I really appreciate u guys for replying to feedbacks; and I love that it's not a general reply; it's specific.

4. ThanksI found the app very helpfull and it would be very nice if it's updated based on the reality (meaning ethiotelecom had made discount on packages but the app is not able to provide with the recent info).

5. When trying to purchase any plan while data is on a full page add comes on and doesn't allow you to do anything.Tried to buy 2gb monthly package three times.

1. Fix Etel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Etel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Etel App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Etel" » Open Etel - Et Charge & Pay Service » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Etel » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Etel - Et Charge & Pay Service app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Etel servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Etel - Et Charge & Pay Service" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Etel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Etel might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Etel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Etel then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Etel not working

2. Fix Etel Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Etel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Etel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Etel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
