1. It kept saying wrong password, but when i go online and use the same password I used for the app I can get to my account online but not on this app.It willnt let me sign in keeps saying wrong password n email but yet it wrks on the web most stupid appBad ! No help to add a new cardThis company sucks,dont help whatsoever.Representives that can barely speak english.There procedure of great customer is to Send you to the good for nothing website.This app doesn't even do what it's supposed to do and can't understand why it's even a thing.Can't even log inGreat appWill not let me sign in.

2. after paying purchase amounts, RapidPay Card chargesld its fee in addition of every purchase I make in amounts of 3$ 4$ 6$ ,during ATM withdrawl I made for 20$ plus the 3.50$ ATM service charge Rapid Payacard charged me a seperateThis app is not working at all tells me wrong password and email 😡😠 😠 Everytime.. not only does this one not work.. the other app doesn't work either.

3. (rapid pay card) says all the same stuff and just closes the app after it says loginI don't like this app, it didn't want me to login to my account.

4. Customer service will not help.

5. Sorry excuse for help.

6. I want to give no stars.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix RPC Onboard Issues

1. Fix RPC Onboard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart RPC Onboard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the RPC Onboard App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RPC Onboard" » Open RPC Onboard » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RPC Onboard » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear RPC Onboard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RPC Onboard servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RPC Onboard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check RPC Onboard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RPC Onboard might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall RPC Onboard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RPC Onboard then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RPC Onboard not working


2. Fix RPC Onboard Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RPC Onboard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RPC Onboard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RPC Onboard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
