I don't need alerted, even if this notification stays open like with other apps, I don't need to be alerted everytime I close circuit.Very good but needs work on the reconnect message that appears even whenyou received a message notification...when you open the application to check the received message you need to wait a couple of seconds to "connect" what does not make sense, since you needed to be connected to receive the notification....When it works it's ok.

2. thanks circuit!Initially I was having problem to login as a guest user, as Outlook is installed through the Work mode.

3. Solution: Installed Chrome and Circuit from play store with workmode enable, and then tried to open the link.

4. Not at all to use this App..Since the latest update, my phone constantly alerts to the fact that circuit has a notification and if it disappears I might not get calls etc.

5. Would be great if the app would switch to desktop mode when in Samsung Dex.This APP is Complete rip off, you can't use it without paying monthly, no option for free access on the Android, on my Samsung A50.

6. Overall a shockingly bad experience and I'd suggest any business considering circuit does some proper testing before entering a contract.

7. I'm not one for leaving reviews often but on this occasion, I as a user of over a year (not out of choice), but have now had enough!Generally a great app for calls, video, chats.

8. Harder to stay connected to the circuit app when on the move, and often takes a long time to establish a connection.

9. I cleared the cache nothing seems to work .Everytime I sign out, when I try to log in again says user or password are wrong.

10. Terrible, calls don't connect, have to force stop after each call otherwise the next call doesn't connect.

11. I Just missed a really important meeting, the help line is useless, never even got through, tried for hours, just keeps hanging up.

1. Fix Circuit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Circuit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Circuit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Circuit" » Open Circuit by Unify » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Circuit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Circuit by Unify app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Circuit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Circuit by Unify" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Circuit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Circuit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Circuit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Circuit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Circuit not working

2. Fix Circuit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Circuit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Circuit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Circuit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
