Why should I report an Issue with Navigation for KTM motorcycles?

1. I've tried every possible thing, delete the app, reinstall it, unpair and pair the phone again, all permissions are enabled as well but just can't seem to make it work.The app is great, works well on Honor 9 and my 1290 Super Adventure S.

2. Working great (890 adventure)! It does sometimes take a minute for the sync to show up on the dash when you are first starting (the first turn out of your starting location).

3. On my 2022 KTM 390 Adventure 390, the navigation shows no navigational arrows making it kinda useless, it sometimes pops up for a brief moment and most of the times it doesn't show anything.

6. I could see that there is a lag of 2-3 secs for the navigation getting updated in GMaps on Phone and whats displayed on the motorcycle screen.

8. Edit 1: Marius, currently the directional arrows aren't getting mapped to the screen making it very difficult to navigate.

9. Any way it can be fixed? I had a bike service, no idea if they made any update to the dash or maybe it's Gmaps itself that was updated.Have this app 3 stars on the basis it worked very well for the half a dozen times.

10. When the issue happens, I search in my phone settings for "notification access", and disable-enable the app check box.

11. I don't believe I am doing anything wrong, all connected the app shows fulls connection it's shows GPS on the bike display yet still no arrows.

1. Fix Navigation Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Navigation: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Navigation App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Navigation" » Open Navigation for KTM motorcycles » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Navigation » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Navigation for KTM motorcycles app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Navigation servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Navigation for KTM motorcycles" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Navigation app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Navigation might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Navigation. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Navigation then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Navigation not working

2. Fix Navigation Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Navigation be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Navigation not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Navigation may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
