1. Delete Navigation Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by Navigation for KTM motorcycles:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.


2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

Alternatively, you can follow these steps below to get Navigation to delete your account/data:

1. To delete your Navigation account, contact Navigation via email and provide the reasons for your request.
2. Mention the law under which you make your request (GDPR or CCPA).
3. Notify Navigation of the penalty for non-compliance - A $7,500 fine under CCPA and 4% of annual turnover under GDPR.

2. How to Delete Navigation on Iphone

1. On iphone, Goto "Settings "
2. Click on "General" » "Iphone Storage".
3. Select the app, and click "Delete Navigation for KTM motorcycles".

3. Delete Navigation on Android phone

1. Go to your Android phone Settings.
2. Click on "Apps & Games".
3. Select "Navigation for KTM motorcycles" and Click "Uninstall".

1. Tested with a 2019 KTM 790 Adventure and a current version of google maps but also works on the 390 Adventure and 1290 Super Adventure and the Husqvarna Norden 901.

2. This app reads your phones turn-by-turn navigation notifications and sends them over Bluetooth to your KTM/Husqvarna motorcycle which displays them in the dashboard.

3. Please check that in you android settings -> apps -> (google)maps -> notifications -> navigation is enabled.

4. This has the advantage that you can use your favorite powerful map application without having to download any maps to your phone or having to get used to a new mapping app.

5. - if you drive on the left side of the road: change the option inside settings to display roundabout correctly.

6. Your KTM must be My Ride Navigation compatible (unfortunately the 250 and 390 Duke are not compatible :().
