1. 😗 I was also allowed to make permanent plot locations of their home, restaurant, other points of interest that I found on the web that I planned a visit in the city.I used this app for years while traveling and really loved being able to visualize the places I'd been to/starred on one map and, unfortunately, it was the only place I kept info about many places I'd been for future reference.

1. Restart CityMaps2Go Offline maps: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CityMaps2Go Offline maps App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CityMaps2Go Offline maps" » Open CityMaps2Go Offline maps » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CityMaps2Go Offline maps » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CityMaps2Go Offline maps app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CityMaps2Go Offline maps servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CityMaps2Go Offline maps" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CityMaps2Go Offline maps app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CityMaps2Go Offline maps might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CityMaps2Go Offline maps. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CityMaps2Go Offline maps then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CityMaps2Go Offline maps not working
