1. The UI is so stupid it cannot even de-pad spaces in a phone number (c'mon even internet coding courses teach this), and the software hangs if you utilise wifi vs burning your mobile data.

2. Its demonstration of when marketing is more important than utility.Can't login to the app it keeps infinite loading and blocks any interaction even killing the app and reinstall it doesn't helpHate this app 😡 , It always coerces me to turn on my location , otherwise this app will use less.

3. UI will disactive when do not turn on GPS, no functions can be use, even some of their functions do not necessary use location data , example is Bill payment or balance check.

4. It will be good if there are require location data for some functions.It makes me angry.

5. Don't even bother with the download, it's not worth the effort.True overall drives me up the wall, absolutely infuriating! HAD to buy a True SIM because they have stopped 7-11 selling AIS SIM cards.

6. Change it so that update is OPTIONAL!!!😠😠😠 Edit*** About a year later! Still no change! Still the same thing! It makes me so angry.

7. So many SMS messages advertising trash from True.A disgrace in coding, especially as it is the app from THE largest and most established telco in TH.

8. I don't have space on my device to do an update right now.You can pay your bills and add credit to your mobile which is good.

9. I can't open it after updating to new version so i had to download and install the previous version to make it work again.It's hard to type when chatting with CS agents.

1. Fix True iService Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart True iService: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the True iService App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "True iService" » Open True iService » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for True iService » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear True iService app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from True iService servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "True iService" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check True iService app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, True iService might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall True iService. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall True iService then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing True iService not working

2. Fix True iService Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make True iService be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to True iService not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, True iService may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
