1. **Updated** 2 more stars deducted for some automatic unknown "redemption" which deducted over 200 of my points! Unless this is the message from True to show how it respond to whistleblower such as myself, I am keen to hear the explanation about this matter.Keep requesting to verify services unlike the Web version where you login and all data is there.

2. What is the purpose of having an application which is not even linked to the main server where all data are kept? Useless and time wasting app to try to get services verified.Can't registered.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TrueYou Issues

1. Fix TrueYou Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TrueYou: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TrueYou App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TrueYou" » Open TrueYou » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TrueYou » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TrueYou app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TrueYou servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TrueYou" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TrueYou app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TrueYou might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TrueYou. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TrueYou then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TrueYou not working


2. Fix TrueYou Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TrueYou be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TrueYou not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TrueYou may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
