1. Topped up, got charged twice with same package, tried contact support, chose english in setting but i get thai support... From day 1 i had issues with TRUE, i am not pleased to say the least, so far was charged 1000 bhat in excess and the only way to solve is go to the center which also have limited capabilities! Instead of fiiling the up with noise/advertisement that looks, make it user friendly with the ability to actually do something within the app.Cant cast directly to LG TV.
2. Absolutely terrible.No english subtitles on movies and series.easy to use, very helpful app.. lots of discount..True Corp has a lot of apps but strangely this one is only app that can show when your points expire.
3. TV screen goes blank with True logo Have to restart cast and reset audio language back to english.
4. Sort it out True! Update: 'TrueID Lite' is just the free channels that no one wants to watch.
5. There's no way to get the stream to play full screen or even to scroll down so you can see the bottom half of the frame AND there's a logo for "free wifi" that you can't get rid of.
6. Can't watch TV full screen, can't get rid of "Free WiFi" logo.
7. You're forced to watch their adverts when you change channel, there's no kind of program guide and, oh yeah, it keeps crashing my Android box.
8. Also signing in is a pig, I have multiple smart cards and should be able watch on one device per card but it just kicks my other device off.
9. Hangs everytime at least once when casting a new game to Nvidia Shield or Google Chrome usually in first 5 minutes of stream.
10. 'True ID TV' was bad enough but now that's gone and this trash is all they're offering to watch TV on the go.
11. Sadly the UX is very messy and it's very hard to navigate to the screen that shows when your points expire.
