Family Tree Customer Insights

1. Disappointed in the app.Wish you could view the actual family tree and view everything like the website.

2. A tree view would be nice to have. After you create a page it doesn't let you select it.

3. The website isn't very slick in appearance but its well done and, compared to giants like Ancestry and MyHeritage, it's a real value.5 stars for non error app like before.

4. It just keeps jumping back to Create Website, so it's uselessUnable to install, phone not compatible.

5. Also I'm not able to delete a person on my tree.Until this norning, the app has been perfect for connecting my family we love it.

6. developers kindly look into this matterLimited but very good for ading photos received on my phone.

7. I want to view the list of surnames like on my webpage.

8. We're unable to access information on the app or website.

9. Now i will give only two stars because it is impossible for new installer to search for their own tribe.

10. Don't let the app steer you away from website though.

11. I tried editing in the app and that doesn't work correctly either.
