1. Frustrating but hopefully will be resolved quickly as was a nice easy app to use and had little problems before this Update : now is working but suddenly lost some of the rewards I'd accumulated? Annoying.Only found out yesterday that Sodexo closed the app for Transport fot London restaurants.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Sodexo Reward Tree Issues

1. Fix Sodexo Reward Tree Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Sodexo Reward Tree: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Sodexo Reward Tree App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sodexo Reward Tree" » Open Sodexo Reward Tree » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sodexo Reward Tree » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Sodexo Reward Tree app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sodexo Reward Tree servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sodexo Reward Tree" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Sodexo Reward Tree app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sodexo Reward Tree might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Sodexo Reward Tree. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sodexo Reward Tree then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sodexo Reward Tree not working
