1. Tried to use the contact us info, locate dealership and other options from the side menu and it takes me to a blank page every time.does this App EVER work? Just about every time I've tried to use it, I get a message saying it is not able to complete my request at this time.

Then when I tried to use "contact us" in the app to report the issue, guess what, I couldn't contact them because I had to use drop down menus to email them.Won't let me register my vehicle, half of the buttons don't do anything when clicked on and the side menu options won't load when you click on them.

3. Cannot click on anything, cannot continue to enrollment page, option to remove car just to add it again (tech reset) is not going to work as my ONLY 2 OPTIONS are "I sold the car" or "I never owned the car"... how about just I WANT TO DELETE THE INFO TEMPORARILY.

4. Wasted so much time with this.Would be a nice app to schedule service, however not a single drop down menu works.

5. Such as entering a correct password not working but can copy-pasted in and work, and the service history page not loading.

6. I hope my Rav4 is more reliable than this junk and the entune 3.0 app is worthless too.Toyota is my favourite but most of the feature is not so user friendly.

7. the contact us option just gives an error message when I try to email about the issue, so I'm posting the issue publicly.

8. You can enter all this service history and even input your current mileage, but the app doesn't seem to really do anything with it.

9. i find the service provider through the remote connect is not what it says.

10. I thought it was cool at first until I noticed that the remaining fuel was staying the same and the mileage wasn't changing despite having traveled 300 miles.

1. Fix Toyota Owners Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Toyota Owners: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Toyota Owners App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Toyota Owners" » Open Toyota Owners » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Toyota Owners » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Toyota Owners app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Toyota Owners servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Toyota Owners" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Toyota Owners app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Toyota Owners might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Toyota Owners. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Toyota Owners then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Toyota Owners not working

2. Fix Toyota Owners Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Toyota Owners be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Toyota Owners not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Toyota Owners may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
