1. The lack of Android Auto capability is a major downfall.I had to buy a data blocking cable/adapter just to be able to charge my phone without being harassed by entune notifications! My phone still connects to the audio via Bluetooth, and that's all I want till android auto comes out (Toyota had better not charge me for the update).

2. The necessity of keeping the phone unlocked, entune open, and screen on while plugged in just so scout GPS can run on the headunit is a major inconvenience.

3. Very distracting while driving, not to mention frustrating.Absolute Worthless Junk If you didn't get the top-of-the-line Toyota entertainment system, you'll be forced to use this for your on-screen GPS, and it's one of the biggest mistakes Toyota has ever made.

4. (I travel for work quite a bit and so have lots of different auto apps to compare.) The compatible app suite within entune is limited, and instead of growing it is shrinking.

5. but this is too much!If this app is going to be required for making full use of the ability to connect your phone to the car, then it needs to be able to run in the background.

6. Entune notifications have closed Google maps often enough to seriously piss me off, it's really dangerous to have to continuously reopen Google maps while driving!So annoying.

9. It automatically and REPEATEDLY puts itself in front of all else on my phone as soon as I turn on my car, with no way to disable that feature when I try uninstalling to get rid of that, the car still makes a pop up come up on my phone repeatedly to get me to reinstall.

1. Fix Entune Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Entune: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Entune App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Entune" » Open Entune™ 3.0 App Suite Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Entune » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Entune™ 3.0 App Suite Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Entune servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Entune™ 3.0 App Suite Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Entune app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Entune might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Entune. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Entune then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Entune not working

2. Fix Entune Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Entune be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Entune not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Entune may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
