1. I use Scout for my dog walking business and also as a customer myself and absolutely love it! It gives me all of the perks and conveniences of larger companies (walk map, picture, check in/out times, option to tip, automated billing, etc) but with much better customer service from the app and much better service from the dog walking company using the app (this is true for my biz but also the types of companies that use Scout in general).
2. The design is so simple to use to make/edit/cancel appointments and I love that there's now a web app version!Easy to schedule one off appointments or blocks that recur at the same time every day, but annoying to schedule multiple at once.
3. My phone is broken for the next 2 weeks so looks like I'm just going with a different walker until then.This app is for pet owners whose pet sitters subscribe to the app for their business.
