1. I've been a member a long time - it shouldn't take that long for cash back to be credited.The app says experience issues all the time so i Uninstal it and re-download it and it works for a few hours and then if I open it again it does the same thing.

Customer service says it was fixed, but it is not, and I'm wondering if I will get paid for ANY of these or if I'm just wasting my time on tbis app, when I could be using Rakuten, Coupon Cabin, or Retail Me Not, which have so far been a bazllion times better and more responsive.This is _almost_ a great app.

3. Cash does take awhile from online purchases to become payable and it is hard to tell if it's been tracked sometimes.

4. I also wish they had in-store cashback options... Great App!Most of the time this app on the phone or on your computer does not track your purchases.

5. I will use other apps to save money and be able to cash out alot faster.Best cashback so far, but needs to be app friendly for gift card purchasing for quicker processing.

1. Fix TopCashback Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TopCashback: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TopCashback App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TopCashback" » Open TopCashback: Cash back & Deals » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TopCashback » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TopCashback: Cash back & Deals app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TopCashback servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TopCashback: Cash back & Deals" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TopCashback app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TopCashback might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TopCashback. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TopCashback then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TopCashback not working

2. Fix TopCashback Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TopCashback be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TopCashback not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TopCashback may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
