1. I like the app 😢😢 sadly I can only give 2 stars because I tried 4 time's with different pictures to make one and the end result was a error accord please try again ... I never got to keep the picture nothing it just aromatically errored sad really it made beautiful pictures....It takes a long time to download, but throughout the app it's awesome! It has improved my drawing structures.Tbh... The Design of the app in general, the features & pretty much everything about it & it's setup would be Awesome BUT... WAY WAY TO MANY ADS! IT'S RIDICULOUSLY ANNOYING... EACH TIME U TRY & DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT 🙄 ANOTHER AD🤦🏾 ♀️🤔 IT WOULD TRULY BE WORTHY OF ALL 5 STARS SOMETHING COULD BE DONE ABOUT "EACH & EVERY TIME" 👎🏼🙅🏼 ♂️🙍🏽 ♀️... UGGHHH😞VERY USEFUL! It does kick me out, but it lets me back in and i can use it for a bit, i think my tablet is the problem though.Useless, I was looking for a sketchbook...

1. Fix Sketch Book Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sketch Book: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sketch Book App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sketch Book" » Open Sketch Book : Color & Pencil S » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sketch Book » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sketch Book : Color & Pencil S app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sketch Book servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sketch Book : Color & Pencil S" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sketch Book app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sketch Book might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sketch Book. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sketch Book then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sketch Book not working

2. Fix Sketch Book Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sketch Book be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sketch Book not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sketch Book may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
