Why should I report an Issue with Gradient: Celebrity Look Like?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of TICKET TO THE MOON, INC. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Absolute bsVery bad app...I uploaded my photo to use the filters and quizzes but turns out you have to pay to check the end result...I absolutely do not recommend and honestly I wouldn't even give 1 star...gradient is just a scam app which takes ur photo and scams you.Honestly the first time i used it , it was fun and worked well! But now every time i try using the AI quiz it forces me to pay just to get my result.

2. At least make people pay to download the app and make everything free in it and add good features.This app when from decent to GARBAGE! Good job app devs! No for real, why would any one in their right mind force users to start a free trial to simply USE ANY PART OF THIS APP?? DELETE THIS CRIPPLEWARE NOW FROM YOUR PHONE.

3. I'm definitely worried I subscribed to something I dont wanna be billed over 10$ for and trying to figure out how to cancel a subscription if I have one 😭It's not free, they try to trick you into 3 day trial and then $20 a month or $4.99 weekly.

4. I tried brushing it off and i tried editing a photo but my app kept on crashing.The app says that the AI quizzes are a free feature but you have to pay to see the results.

5. I basically got scammed out of $60 by this terrible app, and nobody should ever download it.Not good at all, I tried to do all the filters and most of the time it always says there's not a face detected and whenever I did get it to work, the app would close right before it finished loading.

6. The one where it says "country you look like" says its a free feature, but when I load an image into it, it asks me for the subscription.

7. They charged me at the beginning of my free trial, and there was no option in the app to cancel the subscription.

8. It's just greed - they're hoping you forget to cancel your auto-paying subscription in time so they can make a quick buck.

9. The only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the photo editing part where you can change lighting and facial features.

10. I emailed their help line the day I started the free trial asking if I would be charged when it ended and never got a reply.

11. There was a feature that transformed face pics seamlessly into a wide range of classical paintings that was unique among all the apps that purported to do it.

1. Fix Gradient Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gradient: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gradient App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gradient" » Open Gradient: Celebrity Look Like » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gradient » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gradient: Celebrity Look Like app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gradient servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gradient: Celebrity Look Like" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gradient app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gradient might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gradient. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gradient then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gradient not working

2. Fix Gradient Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gradient be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gradient not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gradient may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
