1. What good is the app if we have to subscribe to even try it? Two stars for a great idea.I only just now found out - by seeing other Android users' reviews - that the cartoon filter isn't available for video, if you don't have an iPhone... If I had known this sooner, I wouldn't have restored my subscription, thinking it was a bug or error.

I don't like this feature that everything is full of charges like hairstyles, hair colour and etc .On everything there's a Box saying pro, every time I see that it is written on the box so this thing I don't like about this app because for this reason and I appreciate you all because you made my cartoon photo very funny and I was shocked because I Click it a very bad.

3. You edit a photo with the basic features but once you click save, it takes you to the "purchase" subscription page, and doesn't let you go any further without paying .. so nothing of this app is of any use to anyone unless they want to pay for every single feature.

1. Fix Persona Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Persona: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Persona App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Persona" » Open Persona: Beauty Camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Persona » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Persona: Beauty Camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Persona servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Persona: Beauty Camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Persona app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Persona might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Persona. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Persona then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Persona not working

2. Fix Persona Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Persona be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Persona not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Persona may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
