1. When the app starts up for the first time, you are given the opportunity to choose to count up (from zero) or count down (to zero) your daily portions for each food group.
2. You also have the ability, in the settings, to enter any quantity for each food group. 8 fully customizable buttons are provided, with the option to count up to your preset quantity, or down to zero from your total requirements for the day.
3. At any time you can easily change the text of each of the 8 buttons (which are your food groups), change the color of each button, and even switch the text color between black and white, depending on your preferences.
4. This app helps you track the portions in your basic daily food groups within your preferred plan.

1. Lowish-tech, but that's the part I like.Love the simplicity (just tap) and so glad to find a portion tracker that does not count calories! Only one flaw: there is no way to documemt if you over eat in a certain area (to many portions of carbs for example).
2. But there is a problem, and it's that when I exceed an item I'm tracking (counting up), it resets to zero, rather than continuing to count the additional items so I can track by how much I've exceeded my goal, Fix that for 5 stars.
3. Still, it's nice to find one that looks good, is easy to operate, and lacks all those bells and whistles!I love the simplicity and complete control of all aspects of setup, to set it up any way I like.
4. I am able to change the labels and colors to track exactly what I want, which "My Plate" servings as well as carbs and sugars.
5. Only able to track 8 items, and really need one more so I can track water using this app, but easy enough to do without the app, else I have to get rid of/replace one of the more important labels.
6. I haven't yet used it enough for a full review, but one issue right off the bat is that my hours don't map to the midnight switchover -- wish I could tell it that my day ends at 6 a.m., so it keeps accurate track within MY day.
7. I easily track cups of fruits, veggies, and dairy and ounces of grains based on the MyPlate recommendations, as well as grams of protein and fiber.
8. This app allows you to create your meal plan & change labels; helpful as the Beachbody nutrition plans are different.
9. It's crashed on me a couple times since I installed it yesterday and I've had to enter data twice after closing the app.After hours of research, I found no comparable app for simplicity of tracking daily nutritional intake.
10. I have to close and reopen it.This is EXACTLY what I was needing! No other food tracker app lets you track *only* servings.
11. The app could be better if it allows you to track when portion was eaten, workout name & current weight.
