1. Sometimes the notification take you to the browser version rather than the app, which is annoying. The ability to add items to my order when I realize I'm out and then those items staying in my cart until I'm I'm ready to check out is the best feature! I love the favorites feature as well.
2. It's over 50$ was bummed getting pick up is cheaper. Most of the app is seamless, but when you really need it, to get help with a problem, the *claim your free* button at the bottom of every page, is exactly over where the buttons for *chat* or *call* or even the faqs are.
3. 3/2023 the above was fixed quickly, however the recent update has resulted in an error message every time the status of orders button is opened, so no way to see tracking or deliveryMight be priced competitively on somethings but it came out to almost $9/lb for chicken.
4. There us a good selection of items and you can sort by diet and other filters.I really LOVE Thrive Market (5 stars for sure).
5. The Thrive Market brand products are generally very good, and good prices on most products.
6. Any time I've had an issue with something incorrect/damaged in my box, customer service immediately took care of it (without argument) and resolved the issue by mailing out a replacement or providing a refund.
7. Plus the prices are much cheaper than in the stores!I'm not having any of the technical issues with the app that other reviews mention.
8. I still need to get the transactional notifications about autoship, I just don't need daily push notifications about deals. The prices are uo there.
9. Like the prices are more expensive and I pay a subscription with shipping, not worth it.Ended my 30 day trial today.
10. Notifications are very inconvenient: when you click them, the don't take you to the specific content they mention, so you're left to search around for it (see number 1) 3.
11. Just not worth it for me and being hung up on the first time I call isn't pleasant.
