1. It also tales you back to the top of the list when you go back a step which is frustrating.Choose from a list of "Themes" like anger or procrastination, then choose from a list of "Symptoms" within your theme, then choose from a list of "Limiting beliefs" for your symptom, then the app transforms your "Limiting beliefs" into positive affirmations, then turns the affirmations into notifications.
2. It seems like a great idea that hasn't yet taken shapeThe content is straightforward, which is helpful in a short amount of time if I am ruminating in my negative thoughts.
3. Dear developers: I think a search bar or something similar could be very helpful! A way to type in the specific feeling or thought you're having and being able to get relating affirmations from the keywords that you enter in.
4. :)Unlike most of the mental health/CBT apps out there, this one actually has content (more than just "Describe the thought and bodily sensation, then come up with a positive response").
5. Specifically, the "remove" button in the gallery doesn't work and boots me back to the home page, every time on every insight.Really useful as a booster and to start changing thought patterns.
6. I especially like the multiple options of symptoms to choose from.A very pleasant experience and sort of a fast-track to having conversations with oneself that may emulate CBT.
7. Its interesting to go through a negative belief that you may have and that it makes you challenge that negative thought with a positive one.
8. Only way to make it better would be more content (but you guys are still working on that update, right?) Thanks for a great app!I downloaded this app and started to set it up.
9. Pretty cool.Absolutely wonderful, this does feel good to find positive reinforcements that resonate with me.
10. My adhd brain is easily overstimulated and overwhelmed when apps are too busy, visually and in content and function.
11. Thank you for taking the time to make itThis app has been really helpful in the mornings for me.
